I have to choose an activity that i like to do and explain how this activity adresses all five components of fitness. i chose soccer, all i need is how this activity adresses the five components.
Flexibilty:move body parts better
Muscular Endurance: give the muscles a work out but without tiring (like golf)
Muscular Strength: improving strength
Body Comp: how a person looks
Cardioreparatory Endurance: doing an aerobic exercise
How does soccer adress these 5 things
